3D

Investing in a specialized clay 3D printer was a strategic decision I made some time ago. Prior to this, I honed my skills by attending classes in Rhino in Hamburg around 2005 and learning about 3D printing with clay at the Anderson Ranch in Colorado in 2015, as well as at the Chamber of Crafts in 2022 in Munich and the Porzellanikon in Selb, Germany under the guidance of Petra Wieser from mindfuldesignandcraft. Certain models for my designs, such as the Kyusu teapot and the Trefoglie Vase, were SLS (selected laser sintering) printed for me by a Viennese company as early as 2005. Since then, I have been only partly immersed in learning the fundamental software and optimizing the printer's operations as there is always much on the agenda (like again renovating an old house since a couple of years). Currently, I have a collection of designs that exist solely as renderings, waiting to be brought to life through this technology.

The journey remains ongoing and is anticipated to require continued development. I am open to collaborating on innovative projects and exploring new ideas.
