One of my most varied forms of vases is the „Ovalvase“. It was initially formed from slabs of clay, only in 2001 did I develop cast porcelain variations. I then designed oval vases in glass, manufactured and handcut in glass works in Germany, the Czech Republic and Austria. „Soft“ and most recently the three-leaf Trefoglie vase have been added in the last few years. Made of clay, porcelain or glass using different techniques, from traditional handicrafts to the use of advanced computer programs, they show up in numerous series, prototypes and originals over and again in new clothes.

Discrete Geometry The polygons show the oval vase´s inherent "Discrete Geometry". It is understood "discrete" as opposed to "continuous" as "digital" to "analog". The "Discrete Geometry" is primarily concerned with finite sets of geometric objects, and thus represents a kind of "digitilization" of geometry.
Discrete Geometry The unglazed surfaces are densely vitrified, which means that most kinds of stains can easily be wiped away. Rubbing down the surfaces once in a while with scouring cream will restore their immaculate finish and enhance their silky feel.
